| 2010-09 Fall Decor |
Between trying to update our living room with new flooring (done), paint, pick out new furniture and fixtures, and embarking on the homeschool adventure, my home has been a bit neglected. I live in a perpetual mess. Kinda makes it hard to decorate. But, I adore the fall; it is my favorite time to bring the outside in. So, on one of my mental health trips recently to my Amish farmer friend in PA, I stopped by several Amish farms and gathered a few signs of autumn to provide spots of beauty for my eyes to rest in my perpetually messy home. I took close ups so you couldn't see the mess surrounding all my little spots of beauty. At least now, when I can't take tripping over one more barbie doll or pushing old end tables out of the way one more time, I stop to gaze upon these little treasures. It does my heart good.

I love the fall too, but sadly have never gotten the knack of bringing the outdoors in. Your decor looks so festive :)
